Building Update: Phase 2 Begins!

Here at Roberts, we can hardly believe how quickly this year is flying by, made even more exciting by the progress on our brand new Customer Departure Lounge.

Since breaking ground in January, we’ve watched our vision take shape step by step, from the initial groundwork and steel framework to the cladding and interiors that has brought the space to life. We’re now proud to say that Phase 1 is (almost) complete, with the new lounge now operational.

The newly completed space offers a bright, spacious, and modern waiting area, a fully equipped customer kitchen, and enhanced passenger facilities designed to make your journey more comfortable right from the start.

But we’re not stopping there, Phase 2 is now underway!

Our current (and much-loved) departure lounge will soon make way for the next part of the build. Demolition has now begun, marking the start of the final stage of development. During this period, there will be some disruption on site, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

With all trips now departing from the new building, our team will be on hand during every departure to assist you. Please take extra care when entering the depot and follow any instructions from our team regarding parking and safe walking routes, your safety remains our top priority.

Although we’re already enjoying this new space, we’re not quite finished yet. Phase 2 will bring an expanded booking area, additional staff offices on the second floor, and even more features to enhance your experience.
