We have a fabulous range of holidays and short breaks on offer, staying at hotels of proven quality which are all checked by a member of our staff. Our recipe for a great holiday is very simple: a clean and comfortable coach, a well-informed driver with a professional attitude, a welcoming hotel with a good menu, interesting excursions and friendly travelling companions. Our holiday programmes are created with all these ingredients in mind.
Our Platinum Tours are proving a great success, with extra special treatment and courier service, we have added more for our 2012 programme.
It's always good to meet our customers when they come back from our holidays and to have the opportunity to chat to them about the trip. They often talk about the 'Roberts Standard' of which we feel we have every right to be proud. We welcome your comments because they help us to maintain and improve our high levels of customer service. We try very hard to keep the cost of our holidays reasonable and affordable, while still offering the same door-to-door service within the designated area, an excellent selection of included excursions and the attention to detail for which we are renowned.
All our tours of four days or more include...
- Free home pick up service (within our designated area)
- Luxury executive coach travel with toilet on board
- Dinner, bed and breakfast at the hotel(s)
- En suite facilities
- Services of an experienced dedicated coach tour driver
- Special Roberts reception at our departure lounge
- Excursions of at least one half day and one full day
