In 2005, Roberts Coaches set up a tour programme with a limited number of UK holidays. At the time, our intention was to serve the local community and surrounding villages with value for money holidays and our unique "door to door" and pre tour reception service, which meant that all holidays departed from Roberts Coaches' depot. Since then, we have taken thousands of passengers from their front door, given them the Roberts Experience, and returned them safely to their front door at the end of their holiday. Our customers love it and we believe it works very well indeed.

These last few years have been very enjoyable for our holiday department and we feel that we have learned a great deal from talking to our customers and listening to their comments and suggestions.

One thing that is clear to us is how much you appreciate being collected at your front door and being brought to our departure lounge. You can have a cup of tea and a chat before boarding the coach which has everyone on board and is heading straight for the destination of your choice, comfort stops included, of course. We know that no one else in the area can offer this service.

Another point you make is how much you like the 5 day holidays and short breaks with one or two 7 / 8 day holidays if you are travelling to Scotland, Ireland or the Continent. In this brochure, we have offered a varied selection of the destinations that you like so much and we sincerely hope that you will find somewhere to suit you.

Every hotel is inspected by a member of our management team and we are committed to providing the highest standard of customer care. We like to meet our customers face to face and help them to find the right holiday for them, and in these days of mass production, we still believe in the personal touch.
